Known for there poetic speech, graceful demeanor, and beautiful singing voice. Mermaids have had there number of clashing's with the Humans and Anglar, and have even made there way into earths history after a mermaid spacecraft crash landed on the planet known as earth, in the earth year 1306 AD. and remand on the planet until there decadence were rescued hundreds of years latter. Giving berth to many story's and legends that are still being told down to this day. 

   Although graceful, It is unclear as to whether the mermaids are peaceful, or hostel creatures, as little is known about them. They have avoided contact with most races, and keep there politics to themselves. All we have to go on, Are the accent myths found on earth, and rare sightings that have been reported on by our agents. Some story's portray Mermaids to be protective and deeply guarded. While others report them to be barbaric, luring in there victims threw seduction, and killing them for mere sport. Still, there are many who believe Mermaids to be kind hearted, playful, and curios. We of Deep Cosmos are unable to pinpoint which rumors are to be true. However, Mermaids have posed little to no threat to the galaxy they reside in, and have only been known to attack the Anglar, Who are a hostel race. Meaning that we will not get involved with them unless they pose a threat.

   All reports of Mermaid sightings have been female. Although mermen were rumored to exist by earth legends, we have yet to here of a report from a deep Cosmos agent to confirm if this is true.
